What we can help with

• Orders and delivery. Order status, shipping questions, or a delivery that has not arrived. Have your order number handy if you have it. You can also track an order here.
• Subscriptions. Pausing, skipping, changing the delivery date, or cancelling. Subscriptions can be managed at any time and we can do it for you if you would rather email.
• Ingredients and label questions. What is in the formula, how much elemental magnesium a serving provides, or what a form name means. The Alurevia Magnesium Guide covers most of this in detail.
• Corrections. If you think something we have published is factually wrong, tell us. We would rather fix the page than leave it standing. Our Editorial Standards explain how we handle corrections.

What we cannot help with

We are not able to give medical advice, recommend a dose for your circumstances, or tell you whether a supplement is safe alongside your medication. Those questions belong with a pharmacist, doctor or other healthcare professional who knows your history.

That is not us being unhelpful. It is the line between explaining a product and practising medicine, and we would rather be clear about where it sits.

Before you email about the dose

Two things come up often enough to answer here:

• Alurevia Magnesium Complex provides 500mg elemental magnesium per capsule. The adult tolerable upper intake level for magnesium from supplements is 350mg per day, separate from magnesium in food. Our product is above that figure, we state it openly, and it is a reason to speak with a healthcare professional about whether it suits you.
• One bottle is 90 capsules at one capsule per day, so it is a 90-day supply rather than a monthly one. Subscriptions are set to every three months to match.
